Parish Magazine for July 2024

The new magazine has now appeared for July, and, we hope,  offers a range of interesting material for you to read.

As well as the usual items on our services of worship for the month ahead, there are details of social events being planned, as well as reports of happenings in June.

Special items include:

• the interesting afternoon spent with Margaret Wilmot when she described the history of silk and demonstrated her skill as a painter on silk
• the after-school event in our Fun and Friendship series, the theme this time being ‘Celebrations’
• information about the Foodbank at Barrow
• an encouragement to look out for Bonne Manan preserves when shopping for jam!
