Children’s Pet Service

On a beautiful summer Sunday afternoon at the beginning of July, 12 dogs, a baby Bearded Dragon Lizard, 2 Woodlice in their own luxury cage and assorted stuffed toy animals, brought their owners along to the field of Grange School for a Pet Blessing service.  Beautifully devised and conducted by Annette, assisted by some of the children, the service was a celebration not only of the pets, but of the whole of creation and was enjoyed by all who attended.  Needless to say, having been blessed, the pets behaved impeccably.
