Our Solo Diners

Every two months an invitation goes out to all those who normally eat on their own to come together at one of our local eateries to enjoy Sunday lunch after the morning service.

This month the chosen venue was The Pheasant Inn at Allithwaite, where fourteen of us gathered together for a delicious meal – with no washing up!  Numbers were down on this occasion for a number of reasons but we were delighted that our new Vicar David was able to join us.

Another happy occasion.  We look forward to other next outing in August – and wonder where that will be!  Transport is always arranged for those who do not drive.  If anyone would like to join us, please contact Sue Fleetwood.
